iCollege Limited is a vocational education and training organisation that provides both accredited and non-accredited training solutions to existing workers, job seekers and school leavers throughout Australia and abroad. The training that is delivered by iCollege Limited and its three registered training organisations is targeted at individuals seeking essential skills and knowledge required to gain employment across a range of industry sectors including health and fitness, community services and business. Our mission is to give students a flexible and more engaging learning experience. We want people to realise or change their employment opportunities with the knowledge and skills we provide.

As a corporate adviser, Ross has been working with both public and private companies on strategy, financing, acquisitions and corporate re-structuring across the technology, industrial and resource sectors for over five years.

Ross has raised significant capital for a wide range of companies in the small to mid-cap market and has a strong network of contacts in the investment industry throughout Australia, Asia and the United States.

He currently has a corporate consulting business, Regency Corporate, which specialises in re-capitalisations, registered training organisations, early stage venture capital and asset acquisition and divestments.

Andrew has a strong background in business development, innovation, marketing and team orientated success bringing to iCollege Limited the unique combination of elite sport and corporate success. Previous appointments include being CEO of an ASX listed energy company, CEO and owner of the Perth Wildcats and founder of Friendship Games as well as numerous appointments within the sport of basketball.

Andrew has more than 10 years experience working with Australian companies to advance their commercial relationships in Asia in particular China, Singapore and Indonesia.

Andrew is a 4 time Olympian, winner of the Medal of the Order of Australia and winner of the West Australian of the Year (Sport). Andrew graduated from Stanford University, USA (Economics).

Stuart is a CPA and Chartered Company Secretary with over 20 year’s extensive experience in the management and corporate affairs of public listed companies.

He has extensive experience across many industries focusing on Corporate & Financial Management, Strategy & Planning, Mergers & Acquisitions, and Investor Relations & Corporate Governance. Chris has held office positions including that of Director, CFO & Company Secretary of ASX listed companies. He has been providing specialist financial and corporate consulting services to a number of public and private companies for 8 years, skills brought together after being a Director in a corporate advisory firm that specialised in taking companies to the path of listing on the ASX.

Our strategy is to fuel the growth of these businesses via the delivery of relevant, practical and flexible programs targeted at industry sectors where skilled workers are in high demand. Each education provider will be fully integrated into our existing corporate structure, accounting and management systems, organically increasing earnings. We will offer a range of accredited and non-accredited courses and units across the business, community, hospitality, finance and health industries on completion of these acquisitions. Providing a strong base for revenue growth, the successful integration of these businesses will be our focus this year. By laying a solid foundation through the addition of these companies to our portfolio, we are paving the way for robust development and profitability in 2017.
