The training that is delivered by iCollege Limited and its three registered training organisations is targeted at individuals seeking essential skills and knowledge required to gain employment across a range of industry sectors including health and fitness, community services and business. Our mission is to give students a flexible and more engaging learning experience. We want people to realise or change their employment opportunities with the knowledge and skills we provide.

Simon Tolhurst is a Partner in HWL Ebsworth’s Litigation Team and has over 20 years’ experience in commercial dispute resolution matters. Simon has represented government as well as private organizations including mining companies, investment groups, International cruise liners and retail chains. Simon has been named in The Australian Financial Review’s Best Lawyers® as one of Australia’s best lawyers in the Litigation category. Simon has also been recognized in Doyle’s Guide as a Leading Commercial Litigation & Dispute Resolution Lawyer.

Post Merger Simon sits on the boards of a number of resource companies and is currently a member of Queensland Petroleum Exploration Association. Simon holds a Master of Laws (Hons) degree and is a practicing solicitor in the Supreme Court of Queensland as well as the High Court of Australia. Simon will assist with the integration of the companies post merger and ensure governance and compliance across all areas.

Matt is an accomplished executive with a proven track record of successful company management and a strong background in business development, innovation, marketing and team orientated success.  Matt brings to iCollege Limited the unique combination of corporate success and executive education sector management experience. Previous appointments include being CEO of Capital Training Institute for 6 years.

Our strategy is to fuel the growth of these businesses via the delivery of relevant, practical and flexible programs targeted at industry sectors where skilled workers are in high demand. Each education provider will be fully integrated into our existing corporate structure, accounting and management systems, organically increasing earnings. We will offer a range of accredited and non-accredited courses and units across the business, community, hospitality, finance and health industries on completion of these acquisitions. Providing a strong base for revenue growth, the successful integration of these businesses will be our focus this year. By laying a solid foundation through the addition of these companies to our portfolio, we are paving the way for robust development and profitability in 2017.
